Duke is 8 years old, a fawn male, with cropped ears and docked tail.

He is an owner-surrender from a family who dearly loved him. They raised him from a puppy and were forced to give him up due to illness in the family. This older guy doesn’t act like a senior Dobe! He loves to play with his toys - anytime - anywhere - and with anyone willing. He will sleep with you if allowed and is truly a bed hog. He knows all of the basic commands and loves to walk proudly beside you. Duke gets along with most other large or small dogs and is very feisty for his age. It is hard to believe he is 8 years old when you see him running around frolicking and playing.

There is an adoption fee for all of SADAR's rescues to help cover some of the cost of vet, housing, and food.
